Comedic branding, with a twist
“Those Guys” Comedy Nights came to us looking for a way to inspire the return of comedy to Sarnia-Lambton. They wanted something fun and inviting, that would be instantly recognizable and obviously comedic.
We crafted a custom brand design that included logo set, colour scheme and font selection as well as visual direction. Each month, the design of the posters and assets can be completely different and unique. As long as the colour set and logo remains, this brand will be instantly recognizable to their target audience, creating loyalty, while also feeling fresh every month.
The red and green colours represent the two brothers who started this brand, and their often contrasting nature. The opposition of the red with the vivid green is also loosely inspired by “Just For Laughs” which was a creative direction for this project.
